I read everything. I cannot reply to everything, and I particularly cannot advise on individual situations - not because I do not want to, but because doing it properly needs facts and a jurisdiction I do not have.
If you are in the middle of one right now
Start with the written response. Ask for time to reply in writing, go through the document separating fact from judgement, and put your reply in an email. That alone puts you in a better position than most people manage, and it costs nothing.

You are welcome to quote a paragraph or two with a link. For anything longer, ask first - the answer is usually yes.
